With dedicated environmental management teams and Singita guides and trackers as guardians of the reserves, we ensure that the highest conservation ethics are upheld.

The Singita Kruger National Park concession, the second area within which Singita established its game lodges, was granted partly on the basis of Singita’s record and commitment to conservation and a minimal eco-footprint.

The lodge was built within a philosophy of “Touch the Earth Lightly” and refers to the idea that should the lodge be removed, its visible impact would be minimal.

This impact is regularly monitored, in the interests of preserving the integrity of the Kruger National Park, both internally and by the Park and has, to date, been given a clean bill of health.
