Getting there: Sasakwa & Faru Faru Lodges and Sabora Tented Camp

Location

Singita Grumeti Reserves is located in northern Tanzania and forms part of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, bordering on the Serengeti National Park. The Singita Grumeti Reserves concession spans a vast 350,000 acres (140,000 hectares) of relatively untouched wilderness.

By road

Road transfer from Arusha is approximately 8 hours.

This was a scene so typical in August at Singita Grumeti Reserves, wildebeest herds ranging from hundreds to a few thousand trudging slowly across the plains in search of new pastures and water.
